Last week Pops and Meme came in and stayed from Sunday to Sunday. You may think that having your in-laws in for that long as anything but a staycation. For us, that's exactly what it felt like even with me being in Maymester and Brad working. Landry was able to stay home with Pops and Meme the whole week! The timing couldn't have been any more perfect; Landry ran a little fever from Monday to Wednesday. She was fever free and back to herself by Thursday. Everyday I came home and was able to take a nap if I wanted, do my homework before Brad got home, Landry napped in her own bed, had nonstop attention, Mrs. Kim cooked supper and Mr. Curt cut and weed eated the front and backyard. It was definitely a staycation! The Saturday morning before they left we went to the park. Pops and Brad fished, Meme supervised and Landry and I played on the playground.
