Disney on Ice: Treasure Trove

Sunday, November 25, we told Landry we were going somewhere as a family. We didn't tell her where because we wanted her to be surprised. We gave her hints until it was time go  As we were walking inside she noticed different Disney signs and vendors. She figured out the surprise was a Disney show. She was so excited! We made our way to our seats, right beside the ice, and waited for the show to start.

Mickey came out with some of his friends and welcomed us to the show.

Minnie, Goofy, Donald and Mickey were our hosts.

It didn't take long for Landry to put her ears on.

Alice asking the White Rabbit what he's late for.

Peter Pan and the Lost Boys.

When there's Peter Pan, you know Captain Hook can't be far away!

Mommy's turn to wear the ears.

Simba, Pumba and Timon. Nala and Scar came out too.

Aladdin talking Jasmine into going on a magic carpet ride.

Without leaving our seats we went under the sea with Ariel.

Reagan's turn to wear the ears.

Brad and Landry enjoying the show.

The End.

We had such a good time! I was a little concerned Reagan would get cold or upset during the show. She did awesome! She was fascinated by all of the lights. We all had the best time and will definitely go again.

In the mean time...

Here's a little bit of what's been going on with us. Enjoy!

Reagan and Ernie have become big buddies. She like styling his hair.

Landry made a tea party and a card for Brad.

Daddy's girls.

Landry still enjoys being in the  kitchen. She also likes to show Reagan what she's making. It's fun watching them interact.

Landry is making some muffins.

This is her favorite part. Don't worry, raw eggs aren't involved.

Reagan saw Landry put something in her mouth so...she put something in her mouth.

Landry has been practicing her archery.

Reagan loves being close to Landry and Landry loves her little sister.

Working on tummy time and rolling over.

Landry did these problems all by herself! She's going to be more than ready for kindergarten.

Yay for girly girls! Landry picked out Reagan's outfit.

A surprise in MS

Our first trip to MS for 2012 wasn't until November. It's the longest we've gone since moving to TX without coming home. I guess you could say we had a few things going on, hahaha. It was Reagan's first flight and time to meet Gran. We stayed from Thursday to Tuesday. Sunday was Brad's birthday.

When we boarded the plane...

...during the flight...

...safe on the ground. Reagan did perfectly on her very first flight!

The "pink parade".

Gran and Reagan meeting for the first time.

Soul sisters.

When I realized we were going to be in MS for Brad's birthday getting everybody together seemed like the best present. While he was running an errand everyone came to the extra cottage for his party. He had no idea! He and Landry got back and he said "Is that Pops' truck?" Landry said "Surprise, Happy Birthday Daddy!" She knew the whole time and didn't spill the beans.

Brad's Sally Chow cake. Yum!

We had Abe's bbq, S.C. cake, fruit, chips, chicken nuggets and carrots with ranch. I couldn't NOT have Abe's and Sally Chow :)

This was the best picture of all 13 of us. Landry and Audrey were so excited to have their picture taken.

Landry's mad picture taking skills at their best.

Love these guys!

Tuesday morning came and we headed to Little Rock to catch our plane.
Thank you Gran for everything.
Thank you everyone for making Brad's birthday a special one.
See y'all next month!
