Landry's first haircut

Landry received her first haircut this weekend! Her Aunt Danielle cut it before we left New Orleans. I didn't take any pictures because I was video taping instead. She did so well. We're on the plane back to Dallas. I'll post the actual cutting later.

The Big Easy

We were in New Orleans this past weekend. Landry went on her first plane ride. We wondered how she would do on the plane, the whole ears popping and such. She, as always, surprised us and was perfect! She sat in her own seat and snacked on ginger ale and pretzels while watching Elmo. She was so relaxed. Look at how she has her feet crossed.

Landry showing Kyle and Austin her Noah's Ark animals.

Going for a wagon ride, Princess style. She was loving every minute of getting whatever she wanted...all weekend long!

Breakfast: eggs, bacon and yummy cinnamon rolls.
Before we left everyone went to the park.

Pictures and a Video

Last night we went to a crawfish boil and Landry had crawfish for the first time. She liked them. Yesterday I was at school doing homework from 10:30 until 3- tons of fun I know. While I was gone Landry and Brad found a seat to go on the back of my bike so we can go on family bike rides. I’m super excited. I didn’t take any pictures of Landry eating crawfish or of her wearing her helmet in her bike seat, wishing I had now L. Here are some pictures of this past week. The video is from a couple of weeks ago.
I get frustrated when posting on the blog. I forget to upload the pictures in the opposite order I want them on the blog and I forget to type the post after uploading the pictures, I type then upload. If anyone has any helpful tips (because y'all have the cutest blogs and ours is hodge podge) feel free to pass them along!

Sesame Street Live: Elmo's Green Thumb

This weekend we saw Sesame Street Live: Elmo's Green Thumb. I must say that we were very curious about how Landry would act. This is the first time she's done anything that required her to be still and quiet for a length of time. She loved the show! She sat still and her eyes were glued to the show the whole time. We had as much fun watching Landry as we did watching the show. She was calling the characters out by name and clapping and dancing. It's yet another sign of how much our little girl is growing up.
Most of the characters in the show.
Intermission came at the perfect time.
Elmo!!!
Landry wasn't interested in taking a picture. She was watching for Elmo or Big Bird or Abby to come back out.

Landry saying Elllmo. Of course she had to wear her Elmo shirt!

Seriously into the show

Look,look they're alive!

Man, Elmo and his friends are wild. They wore me out!
