Arboretum 2013

I've always wanted to go to the Dallas Arboretum during the fall. It's pretty any time of year. In the fall it's decorated with pumpkins. It was what I had hoped it would be. I'm sure you'll see why by looking at the pictures.

There were so many different pumpkins and gourds. The colors were very festive.

Some of the pumpkins were quite large.

There were so many opportunities for pictures. I could've taken so many of the girls.

Reagan had to touch this leaf. It's almost as she is.

I've forgotten what this was called. It was in Marco Polo's journey.

Ponce De Leon's map.

Reagan wanted to touch the water. She tried and tried.

She enjoyed just watching the water.

There are even pumpkin houses!

Landry was a good sport and indulged her mom in posing for pictures.

Because Halloween was around the corner there was trick or treating and characters scattered about.

A hay maze.

A little baby pumpkin house.

Brad and his girls. This is probably my favorite house.

We coincidentally are all coordinated!

Landry on the bridge over a pumpkin pond.

Side shot of my fave house. I just love the fall colors.

Look closely and you'll see pumpkin "flowers". Also, the yellow and purple remind me of LSU.

Landry played in this exact pool when she was a little older than Reagan. Now she gets to show Reagan how to play.

Sliding down a pyramid!

We decided to take a break and get something to eat. While we ate we watched a magic show. It was nice to sit down. There was a little bit more to see before heading home.

Reagan wasn't feeling this picture.

Another family photo. Yay!

There was a little petting zoo.

Reagan was a little hesitant to pet the sheep.

She liked the little goat.

Landry wasn't afraid.

We saw kids walking around with their faces painted. Landry really wanted hers done. She patiently waited her turn.

Beginning.

Middle. She's so happy. Landry is such a sweet girl.

Finished product.
Meow!

Mommy daughter pic.

Sweet baby. Big pumpkins.

Landry's turn.

Yay, we get to get on the pumpkins again!

Mommy daughter moment number 2.

Even Landry got to play photographer. She did a good job.

Again, I could've taken so many pictures!
